4. Once we ship your package, we will send you tracking number once it available. Package transitting time normally takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination, holidays and factors beyond Postal Service's control. If there is a little delay, please have more patience.

8. If your package is lost or seized by the customs,in this case,we will reship a new one to you as soon as possible.

Our shipping forwarders will not accept returns or exchanges which is why you need a return address and RMA # from our returns department.

You must send your returned package via courier at your own expense to us and provide us with a tracking number in order for an Exchange or refund to be issued. In such cases, we will lose the initial cost of shipping to you, and so, unfortunately, can not offer to pay the return fees or shipping fees for new bag being exchanged.
